INTRODUCTION:
This kind of small movable glass melting furnace is developed and designed by our company. There is melting tank,liquid flowing mouth,picking material tank; Use high-grade corrosion resisting refractory materials which touch the glass liquid directly; The upper furnace part uses high alumina refractory material to touch the flame directly. Combustion system is designed with high-pressure combustion-supporting air burner, with electronic high-voltage ignition and equipped with metal heat-exchanger. The fuel can be natural gas and civil liquid gas. The designed flame radiation temperature is more than 1450°C, and the furnace is totally insulated.
APPLICATION:
1. This is a kind of ideal furnace for experiment, mainly used for the research and development of ceramic frit, microcrystalline glass, crystal glass, colorful glass and other inorganic material.
2. This furnace could also be used on trying large-scale industries.
3. Top-grade products can be produced by this model.
PRODUCTION GLASS TYPE: Auto glass, construction glass, home appliance glass, furniture glass, lamps and lanterns glass, hot bending glass, broken glass, rolled glass, microcrystalline glass, artistic glass, special glass, frit, glass beads, glass ink etc.
